Rose Hill offers product only sales delivery, or sales & Installation without design and management services
STEP 1: Consultation
STEP 2: Estimate & Sales
STEP 3: Order, Delivery, & Installation (if applicable)
Step 4: Completion, Payment, & Warranty
- Schedule a showroom appointment, allowing about an hour of time.
- Bring plans and/or details list of products needed.
- We will discuss the products and services that we offer to fit the needs of your project
- Select products and services to be priced
- A jobsite visit may be needed prior to moving to the next step. Charges will apply.
STEP 2: Estimate & Sales
- We will prepare an estimated for the products and services selected.
- Upon acceptance of the estimate we will put to gather a sales agreement, or Sales and Installation Agreement for your project.
STEP 3: Order, Delivery, & Installation (if applicable)
- Upon receipt of signed agreement and first payment, materials will be ordered, and services scheduled (if applicable)
- Upon arrival of material we will call to arrange pickup or delivery.
- If services are needed, they will be scheduled and completed in accordance with out agreement and terms.
Step 4: Completion, Payment, & Warranty
- Final Completion, delivery and/or installation.
- We will address and issues or such as missing or damaged product on an individual basis.
- If we need to consult on a project we are not installing, charges will apply. If we need to replace or repair products that we did not install, and they are not covered under manufactures warranty, charges will apply.
- Warranty period begins when final payment is made.
